The Jaguar II Black Deluxe Pro Crossbow is an improved version of the popular Jaguar I crossbow. It is suitable for hunters and beginners alike who are looking for an affordable and fully equipped package. This Jaguar 2 pro crossbow and comes complete with a red light dot sight, rail lubricant, quiver with quick-release mechanism and 3 bolts. It also includes an adjustable rear stock and all necessary mounting and dismounting tools.

The bow of this JAG 2 crossbow is made of fibreglass and the body is made of metal. Its plastic stock and handle make it very light. The original bolts of the Jaguar 2 Pro crossbow can reach a speed of 260 fps thanks to a wider bow than on the Jaguar 1. These performances are sufficient for hunting and target shooting. This crossbow is equipped with string dampers to reduce vibration.

The Jaguar 2 Pro automatically engages the safety when the string is cocked, the safety lock is ambidextrous, so this crossbow is suitable for both left- and right-handed people. It is equipped with a Red-Dot sight and a stirrup for easy cocking.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our products by standard.

If an issue develops with your product within 2 years please contact us and we will arrange either a repair or replacement.

DELIVERY

At checkout, depending on the size and weight of your products, you will be able to choose from a range of different couriers to deliver your order. We currently offer delivery services from Parcelforce, Evri, Royal Mail & DPD.

If you place your order before 2pm it will be dispatched that same working day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

If there is an expected delay outside of this timeframe we will inform you by email or phone call.

Please allow 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch to receive your goods as delays with the courier can occur on occasion even if the product has been sent with next day delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your parcel by the expected timeframe, please contact us via email with your order number and we will track the delivery for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to have the best experience when shopping with us. If you are unhappy and have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us.

We currently offer a 30 day return window however we may extend this under special circumstances.

We understand that it is difficult to get a feel for the product if you are unable to take it out of the packaging however the product must be returned as it was delivered, with all the boxes and packaging in tact and undamaged.

Once a refund has been agreed we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods from you.

When the goods are returned to us they will be inspected and a refund will be issued that same day.

Refunds on average take 1-3 days to go back into your account however on some very rare occasions may take up to 10 days (depending on the payment method).
