We use Evri, DPD, Royal Mail & Parcelforce to deliver your orders. You can choose your shipping option at the checkout page. Please note we will use Parcelforce if your order is too large or expensive.
Please check the stock levels of your product before ordering as some products do need to be ordered in from our supplier which can take 5-10 days.
Upon delivery, please try to open the box with care and ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order.
You have 30 days to return or replace your product. You need to have the original box and papers.
You must be over the age of 18 to buy a crossbow from our website.
We will verify your age using our age verification software but if that fails then we will require a copy of your ID such as driver's license or passport.
This can be sent to info@tacticalarchery.co.uk along with your order number.
