Au moment du paiement, en fonction de la taille et du poids de vos produits, vous pourrez choisir parmi une gamme de transporteurs différents pour livrer votre commande. Nous proposons actuellement des services de livraison de Parcelforce, Evri, Royal Mail et DPD.
Si vous passez votre commande avant 14h, elle sera expédiée le jour ouvrable même. Toute commande passée après 14h sera expédiée le jour ouvrable suivant.
Nos jours ouvrables sont du lundi au vendredi, de 9h à 17h30.
Si un retard est prévu en dehors de ce délai, nous vous en informerons par e-mail ou par téléphone.
Veuillez prévoir 2 à 5 jours ouvrables à compter de la date d'expédition pour recevoir vos marchandises, car des retards avec le transporteur peuvent survenir même si le produit a été envoyé avec une livraison le lendemain. Vous recevrez un e-mail avec un code de suivi une fois votre commande expédiée.
Si vous n'avez pas reçu votre colis dans le délai prévu, veuillez nous contacter par e-mail avec votre numéro de commande et nous suivrons la livraison pour vous.
RETOURS ET REMBOURSEMENTS
Nous souhaitons que vous ayez la meilleure expérience possible lors de vos achats chez nous. Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait et rencontrez des problèmes, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter.
Nous offrons actuellement un délai de retour de 30 jours, mais nous pouvons prolonger ce délai dans des circonstances particulières.
Nous comprenons qu'il est difficile de se faire une idée du produit si vous n'êtes pas en mesure de le sortir de l'emballage, mais le produit doit être retourné tel qu'il a été livré, avec toutes les boîtes et tous les emballages intacts et non endommagés.
Une fois le remboursement convenu, nous organiserons la collecte des marchandises par un coursier.
Lorsque les marchandises nous sont retournées, elles seront inspectées et un remboursement sera émis le jour même.
Les remboursements prennent en moyenne 1 à 3 jours pour revenir sur votre compte, mais dans de très rares cas, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 10 jours (selon le mode de paiement).
DELIVERY
We use Evri, DPD and Parcelforce to delivery your parcels. You can choose which courier you would like us to use but some products may require a certain courier if it needs to be signed for (such as crossbows).
Please check the product page thoroughly to see if the product you are ordering is in stock or if it needs to be sent from our European warehouse. Every product will display an estimated delivery time.
In stock items will be sent immediately using your chosen delivery method.
We try to stock most of the products you see on our website however due to the rising costs in the UK it is not viable to stock every single product.
Products that need to be sent from our European warehouse usually only take around 5 days to be delivered to you.
You will still need to pay shipping costs for a product that comes from our European warehouse as once the product arrives with us we still need to pay for postage to send this out to you.
We don't add any extra costs onto the price of shipping. We only charge you the exact amount which the shipping courier charges us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to have the best experience when shopping with us. If you are unhappy or have a question please don't hesitate to contact us and we will work swiftly to resolve any issues.
We offer a hassle-free 30 day return period from the date you receive your order.
Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original condition from when they left our warehouse.
All manuals and packaging must be undamaged and in tact.
To arrange a refund please email info@tacticalarchery.co.uk with the following details:
Your order number (begins with #TKA).
A description of your issue.
Photos of the packaging, manuals and the product.
Once we have received your email we will reply with the next steps on how to proceed with your refund and return.
Please note we will not accept any returns where the product has been used or the packaging has been badly damaged.
Please note we are also unable to refund products that are marked as "special order" within the product page details. These products are specifically ordered for you from our European warehouse. By ordering a product marked as "special order" you are committing to this purchase.
We are legally entitled to make a deduction from any refund equal to loss in value associated with unnecessary handling of the product. This is anything more than what would normally be expected when inspecting a product in a retail shop.
We will usually process your refund the same day we receive the return and once processed, refunds usually take 1-3 days to go back into your account but on some very rare occasions can take up to 10 days depending on your bank.
We will refund the cost of goods returned but is not obliged to refund the cost of postage and packaging.
Certain products are exempt and can not be cancelled or refunded once processing has begun. This includes, but is not limited to; goods made to your specifications, goods modified from the manufacturers original specifications, arrow shafts cut to your length, custom made bowstrings, custom made bows.
