CONSEGNA
Al momento del pagamento, a seconda delle dimensioni e del peso dei tuoi prodotti, potrai scegliere tra una gamma di corrieri diversi per la consegna del tuo ordine. Attualmente offriamo servizi di consegna da Parcelforce, Evri, Royal Mail e DPD.
Se effettui l'ordine prima delle 14:00, verrà spedito lo stesso giorno lavorativo. Tutti gli ordini effettuati dopo le 14:00 verranno spediti il giorno lavorativo successivo.
I nostri giorni lavorativi sono dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 9:00 alle 17:30.
Se è previsto un ritardo al di fuori di questo lasso di tempo, ti informeremo tramite e-mail o telefonicamente.
Si prega di attendere 2-5 giorni lavorativi dalla data di spedizione per ricevere la merce, poiché occasionalmente possono verificarsi ritardi con il corriere anche se il prodotto è stato inviato con consegna il giorno successivo. Riceverai un'e-mail con un codice di tracciamento una volta che il tuo ordine è stato spedito.
Se non hai ricevuto il tuo pacco entro i tempi previsti, contattaci via e-mail con il numero dell'ordine e noi monitoreremo la consegna per te.
RESI E RIMBORSI
Vogliamo che tu abbia la migliore esperienza quando fai shopping con noi. Se non sei soddisfatto e hai problemi, non esitare a contattarci.
Attualmente offriamo un periodo di reso di 30 giorni, ma potremmo estenderlo in circostanze particolari.
Sappiamo che è difficile valutare il prodotto se non si riesce a estrarlo dalla confezione, tuttavia il prodotto deve essere restituito così come è stato consegnato, con tutte le scatole e gli imballaggi intatti e non danneggiati.
Una volta concordato il rimborso, organizzeremo il ritiro della merce da parte di un corriere.
Una volta restituita la merce, questa verrà ispezionata e il rimborso verrà effettuato lo stesso giorno.
In media, i rimborsi impiegano da 1 a 3 giorni per essere accreditati sul tuo conto; in rarissimi casi, tuttavia, potrebbero volerci fino a 10 giorni (a seconda del metodo di pagamento).
DELIVERY
We use Evri, DPD and Parcelforce to delivery your parcels. You can choose which courier you would like us to use but some products may require a certain courier if it needs to be signed for (such as crossbows).
Please check the product page thoroughly to see if the product you are ordering is in stock or if it needs to be sent from our European warehouse. Every product will display an estimated delivery time.
In stock items will be sent immediately using your chosen delivery method.
We try to stock most of the products you see on our website however due to the rising costs in the UK it is not viable to stock every single product.
Products that need to be sent from our European warehouse usually only take around 5 days to be delivered to you.
You will still need to pay shipping costs for a product that comes from our European warehouse as once the product arrives with us we still need to pay for postage to send this out to you.
We don't add any extra costs onto the price of shipping. We only charge you the exact amount which the shipping courier charges us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to have the best experience when shopping with us. If you are unhappy or have a question please don't hesitate to contact us and we will work swiftly to resolve any issues.
We offer a hassle-free 30 day return period from the date you receive your order.
Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original condition from when they left our warehouse.
All manuals and packaging must be undamaged and in tact.
To arrange a refund please email info@tacticalarchery.co.uk with the following details:
Your order number (begins with #TKA).
A description of your issue.
Photos of the packaging, manuals and the product.
Once we have received your email we will reply with the next steps on how to proceed with your refund and return.
Please note we will not accept any returns where the product has been used or the packaging has been badly damaged.
Please note we are also unable to refund products that are marked as "special order" within the product page details. These products are specifically ordered for you from our European warehouse. By ordering a product marked as "special order" you are committing to this purchase.
We are legally entitled to make a deduction from any refund equal to loss in value associated with unnecessary handling of the product. This is anything more than what would normally be expected when inspecting a product in a retail shop.
We will usually process your refund the same day we receive the return and once processed, refunds usually take 1-3 days to go back into your account but on some very rare occasions can take up to 10 days depending on your bank.
We will refund the cost of goods returned but is not obliged to refund the cost of postage and packaging.
Certain products are exempt and can not be cancelled or refunded once processing has begun. This includes, but is not limited to; goods made to your specifications, goods modified from the manufacturers original specifications, arrow shafts cut to your length, custom made bowstrings, custom made bows.
