Why Do We Require Age Verification?

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase most products from us such as crossbows and arrows.

As most of you know, we are legally required due to UK law to verify the age of our customers buying crossbows or bladed articles.

We used to have an automatic age verification software and manually collect ID's however we can no longer use that method.

We have now created a system where you can upload your ID directly to your account.

This actually works out better as it will reduce shipping times due to us not having to manually ask for your ID.

If you DON'T have an account:

  1. Click here to go to the account registration page.
  2. Follow the instructions on the page to upload your ID and create an account.

If you already have an account:

  1. Click here to go to the login page.
  2. Enter your email and password and click login.
  3. If you are on a computer, click 'Edit account' on the left hand side of the page. You can now upload your ID and enter any other details if you wish.
  4. If you are on a mobile, click the dropdown menu at the top of the page, it should say 'My orders' - then click 'Edit Account'

What If We Can't Verify Your Age?

If we cannot verify your age for some reason then your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded in full.

Warning: It is an offence to attempt to buy an age restricted product if you are under the required age, or to attempt to purchase one on behalf of someone else who is under the required age.
