Due to current UK laws, we are legally required to check all of our customers ages to verify they are over 18 before we can process your order. This rule mainly applies to crossbows and bladed articles such as broadhead arrow tips.

Previously we used to manually collect customer ID's however we have now created a system that lets you upload your ID and attach it to your account.

This saves us huge amounts of time and avoids delays when it comes to shipping out your order as we no longer have to wait for you to send it in.

How do I upload my ID?

1. Firstly you need to take a clear photo using your phone camera. Please make sure the photo is not blurry and we can clearly see your name and date of birth.

2. If you are on a computer, click 'Choose file' to the right of this page. A popup should appear and you can select your photo to upload.

3. If you are on a mobile phone, scroll down and click 'Choose file'. Your phone should allow you to choose the photo to upload.

4. Once the file is uploaded, complete the rest of the form and click 'Create Account' - if successful, you will now be logged into your account and can add any other information you wish such as shipping addresses etc.
